I needed a bit of an extended stay here until I was ready to move onto campus nearby. All the other hotels in the area, recommended by the university were too high priced and way out of my budget. I wound up staying here for a week and would definitely stay here again if I ever needed to. The rooms are very clean and spacious with a full fridge and stove if you need to cook. I didn’t wind up needing room service because I didn’t wind up staying for the 2 weeks I would’ve initially needed, so I can’t speak on room service but cleanliness and quietness go a long way for me and this hotel had that. They’re the cheapest in the area by a country mile and all the amenities you need are nearby too.

I have been staying here for almost 2 years when I first arrived everybody was very friendly and was very helpful when I first entered my room everything was exactly as it was advertised it was very clean smelled very nice since I've been here everything has been kept up to date the staff is very understandable and works with you as much as they can I have never had very many issues here the entire hotel is always clean and smells amazing all the staff here are very helpful and very professional my favorite staff member is windy she's a very kind person and seems to get along with everyone she meets if I have any issues at night they have no problem coming to help me this place is also very kid friendly dog friendly I love that they have an elevator for being able to bring my groceries and anything else I need up I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends for short-term accommodations and even long-term accommodations

Amber, who works at the front desk, is undoubtedly exceptional in her role, consistently demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence. She not only exceeds expectations in ensuring guests' needs are met but also promptly addresses any queries or concerns. On every occasion, I found her to be remarkably efficient in resolving issues in a timely manner. Furthermore, the rooms are invariably immaculate and well-equipped with all necessary amenities for cooking and dining. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

We were stranded by another hotel (Wingate by Wyndham do not stay there) who refused us service because they wanted an extra $100 deposit for the room that we didn’t have. That hotel had already charged us $85 for the room and they refused to give us our money back, so we were a little bit stranded. Luckily, they had a room available here, for a much more reasonable price, and no stupid damage deposit. The rooms were clean, the staff was very nice, courteous, and understanding of our plight. We did have to wait in the lobby for check in for a while, but it was late at night so it was understandable and we weren’t waiting for long. The only small complaint I had was there was no carpet to dampen the sound, so it was echoey and let us at times, especially big dogs. It is an extended stay hotel, though, so it’s understandable that people had pets and things. That didn’t bother me so much. It was just a little loud. Overall it was a good stay, and a much needed port in a storm. Thank you!

Birch Hill Suites has been amazing! I called and they had a room available that night. The facility has clean rooms with kitchenettes, TVs, nice size bathrooms and rooms. They also have coin laundry on site. The location is great because it is off the road and safe, but still close enough to stores and the Beavercreek mall hub. The staff is incredibly friendly and willing to work with those who work with them. 10/10 would recommend.

Wendy is so friendly and professional, she made sure our needs were met in a timely manner. Our room was top notch clean, stocked well with clean towels. Wendy went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfy and made us feel welcome. I will definitely book again because of our encounter with her. She is a 5 star employee with a five star friendly smile.

I’ve been here for almost half a year and have not really had much issues with hotel staff or the hotel itself. I’ve had some minor issues with people next to my room other than that had a great experience. My favorite staff member is Wendy. She’s very friendly great conversationist can help with multiple problems hard worker And all around the kind person.
